Failed overnight delivery |

On Thursday July 22 I placed the order at 4:21 PT and paid the additional $60 for overnight FedEx delivery. The next morning I discovered that the disk had been shipped on Friday morning. I called your office and found out that my order had occurred after your "cut-off" time, but such time is not mentioned anywhere on your website nor do you warn the customer who places the order. Moreover instead of shipping with FedEx you had chosen USPS, which has two major problems: 1. USPS does not do "overnight", they do "next business day", which means that something shipped on Friday morning arrives on Monday. 2. With large businesses USPS does not deliver to the destination office, but rather to the business' mail sorting facility. Conclusion: despite the $60 overnight charge, the disk was delivered to me Tuesday afternoon, 5 days after I had ordered it. So much for "overnight" !
